The Geek Bar Pulse X 2 50K is the second-generation successor to the massively popular Pulse X 25K—and it doubles the puff count, upgrades the chipset, and ships with a completely refreshed flavor portfolio. Geek Bar split the launch lineup into two distinct editions: a 5-flavor Bull Edition built around energy-drink-style crossovers, and a 10-flavor Standard Edition covering fruit, ice, candy, and dessert profiles. That's 15 new flavors at launch, with more expected to roll out through Q3 and Q4 2026.

In this guide, we break down every flavor in the Pulse X 2 50K lineup, explain how the new VPU dual-core chipset changes the way these flavors taste, and help you pick the right one for your palate.

Pulse X 2 50K: Quick Device Overview

Before diving into flavors, here's what the device brings to the table. The Pulse X 2 isn't just a bigger battery—it's a ground-up redesign of the flavor delivery system:

The headline spec is obvious: 50,000 puffs in Regular Mode—double the original Pulse X 25K. But the more important upgrade for flavor chasers is the VPU dual-core chipset, which manages temperature and power delivery to the dual mesh coils in real time. We'll get into why that matters in the flavor tech section below.

Bull Edition (5 Flavors) — Energy-Drink Crossovers

This is the differentiator. The Bull Edition is a 5-flavor lineup where each profile reads as the named fruit base plus a syrupy energy-drink top note—think of it as a fruit-beverage hybrid rather than a straight fruit flavor. These are the flavors that make the Pulse X 2 distinct from the original Pulse X, and Geek Bar is positioning them as "the hottest disposable vape flavors of 2026."

1. Blue Razz Bull Profile: Sharp blue raspberry candy + icy energy-drink finish The lead flavor of the Bull lineup. The inhale hits with a tart, candy-shop blue raspberry—the kind of sweetness that coats the tongue. On the exhale, a syrupy energy-drink note emerges, giving it a beverage-like body that plain blue raspberry disposables don't have. The finish is clean and slightly cool, not a full menthol blast but enough to keep it from feeling cloying. If you've vaped Blue Razz Ice disposables before, this is a more complex, more "drinkable" version of that profile. Best for: Blue raspberry fans who want something more than straight candy sweetness.

2. Coco Berry Bull Profile: Creamy coconut + ripe mixed berries + beverage finish The dessert pick of the Bull Edition. Coconut opens the profile with a creamy, almost tropical body, then mixed berries—raspberry and blueberry are most prominent—add a tart-sweet fruit layer on top. The energy-drink note is subtler here than in the other Bull flavors; it reads more as a general "fizzy sweetness" that ties the coconut and berry together. The result is closer to a coconut-berry smoothie with a carbonated edge than a straight fruit mix. This is the most unique profile in the launch lineup and the one most likely to divide opinions—some will love the creaminess, others will find it too complex. Best for: Vapers who enjoy creamy/tropical profiles and want something different from the standard fruit-ice rotation.

3. Peach Bull Profile: Orchard-fresh peach + bright energy-drink sweetness This is a "honest peach" flavor—no syrup, no jolly rancher artificiality. The peach leads with a soft, juicy, stone-fruit sweetness that feels natural rather than candy-like. The energy-drink element adds a bright, slightly citrus lift on the exhale, similar to how a peach-flavored sports drink tastes: fruity but with a clean, beverage-style finish. There's no added menthol or ice here; the cooling is purely from the flavor chemistry, not from added cooling agents. This makes it one of the more "round" and approachable Bull flavors. Best for: Peach lovers who prefer natural fruit sweetness over candy-peach profiles. Good all-day vape candidate.

4. Strawberry Bull Profile: Peak-ripeness strawberry + cool, sparkling beverage note The strawberry here is intentionally restrained—no candy aftertaste, no artificial sweetness. It tastes like ripe red strawberry at peak season, with a soft berry body and minimal tartness. The energy-drink top note adds a subtle "fizz" quality on the exhale, making it feel lighter and more refreshing than a straight strawberry disposable. The cooling is gentle, similar to drinking a cold strawberry soda rather than eating a strawberry ice pop. Of the five Bull flavors, this is the most universally palatable and the safest choice for a first purchase. Best for: First-time Pulse X 2 buyers. The most crowd-pleasing flavor in the Bull Edition.

5. Watermelon Bull Profile: Crisp watermelon + chilled energy-drink twist Watermelon in disposables often falls into two traps: too sweet (jolly rancher) or too watery (flavorless). The Watermelon Bull threads the needle with a crisp, juicy melon body that has genuine fruit weight without the sugar overload. The energy-drink note adds a slightly tart, sparkling quality—think watermelon-flavored sparkling water rather than watermelon candy. The finish carries a clean coolness, lighter than a full ice profile but enough to make it refreshing. This is the most "summery" flavor in the Bull lineup and pairs well with the adjustable airflow opened up for a looser, airier draw. Best for: Warm-weather vaping. Pairs well with open airflow settings.

Standard Edition (10 Flavors) — Fruit, Ice & Candy

The Standard Edition covers the flavor categories that made the original Pulse X a hit: candy-sour profiles, classic fruit-ice combinations, mint, and a few dessert-adjacent options. These are the flavors that existing Pulse X users will recognize as "Geek Bar's wheelhouse"—reliable, well-balanced, and built for all-day vaping.

Standout Standard Edition Picks

Sour Straws & Sour Fcuking Fab — These two are the sour candy flagships. Sour Straws is the more restrained of the pair: a tangy sugar-straw candy with a pleasant pucker that doesn't overwhelm. Sour Fcuking Fab goes harder—intensely sour on the inhale, then balances out with a sweet mixed-fruit candy body on the exhale. If you're a sour-head, Fab is the pick; if you want something more sessionable, go Straws.

Miami Mint — Not a straight peppermint or menthol. Miami Mint reads as a sweet, creamy spearmint—closer to a mild mint gum than a cough-drop menthol. The throat hit is notably smooth, which makes it a strong choice for vapers who find traditional mint/menthol disposables too harsh. Good palate cleanser between sweeter flavors.

Banana Taffy Freeze — The dessert wildcard. Banana flavors in disposables are notoriously divisive, but this one works because it leans into "taffy" rather than "raw banana." The frozen finish keeps it from feeling heavy. Worth trying if you're bored of the standard fruit-ice rotation.

Wild Cherry Slush — The slushie-style finish here is what sets it apart from a standard cherry ice. The cherry is dark and bold (not cough-syrup cherry), and the slush element adds a frozen, slightly syrupy quality—like a cherry Icee. One of the most flavor-dense profiles in the Standard Edition.

How the VPU Chipset Changes Flavor Delivery

The original Pulse X 25K used a single-core chipset with a dual mesh coil. The Pulse X 2 50K introduces a VPU dual-core chipset—and this isn't just marketing jargon. Here's what it actually does for flavor:

Dual-core temperature management: One core monitors coil temperature in real time; the other adjusts power output to prevent dry hits. In practice, this means the last 5,000 puffs of a 50K device taste closer to the first 5,000 than they did on the original Pulse X. Flavor degradation—the gradual muting that happens as coil wicking deteriorates—is the #1 complaint with ultra-high-puff disposables, and the VPU chip directly targets it.

Pulse Mode power curve: When you toggle to Pulse Mode (25,000 puffs), the chipset increases wattage to the dual mesh coils. This doesn't just produce bigger clouds—it changes the flavor profile. Higher wattage means more volatile aromatic compounds are released, so fruit notes become more pronounced and ice/menthol notes hit harder. The same flavor in Regular Mode tastes smoother and more balanced; in Pulse Mode it tastes punchier and more intense. It's effectively two different flavor experiences from the same device.

Dual mesh coil even heating: The two mesh coils fire simultaneously, covering a larger surface area of the wicking material. This prevents hot spots that cause burnt or uneven flavor. For layered profiles like Coco Berry Bull or White Peach Raspberry, even heating means you taste both flavor layers in balance rather than one dominating the other.

Pulse X 2 vs. Original Pulse X: Flavor Comparison

If you're upgrading from the original Pulse X 25K, here's how the flavor experience changes:

The short version: if you liked the original Pulse X's flavors, the Standard Edition on the X 2 covers the same territory with better consistency. The real reason to upgrade is the Bull Edition—those five energy-drink crossover flavors don't exist on the original device, and they're the most genuinely new thing in the disposable vape flavor space in 2026.

FAQ

How many new flavors does the Pulse X 2 50K have?

15 flavors at launch, split into two editions: 5 Bull Edition flavors (energy-drink crossover profiles: Blue Razz Bull, Coco Berry Bull, Peach Bull, Strawberry Bull, Watermelon Bull) and 10 Standard Edition flavors (Sour Straws, Sour Fcuking Fab, Miami Mint, Watermelon Ice, Blue Razz Ice, Pink & Blue, Banana Taffy Freeze, Blueberry Jam, White Peach Raspberry, Wild Cherry Slush). Additional flavors are expected to roll out through Q3-Q4 2026, including a Slush Edition with flavors like Grape Slush, Peach Slush, and Stone Freeze already appearing on some retailer listings.

What's the difference between Regular Mode and Pulse Mode?

Regular Mode runs at lower wattage for maximum puff count (50,000 puffs) with a smoother, more balanced flavor. Pulse Mode increases power output to the dual mesh coils, producing bigger clouds and more intense flavor—but cuts puff count in half (25,000 puffs). The VPU chipset manages the transition between modes automatically. Most users run Regular Mode for daily use and switch to Pulse Mode for specific sessions where they want more intensity.

Are the Bull Edition flavors caffeinated?

No. The "Bull" name refers to the flavor profile—it's an energy-drink-inspired taste, not an actual energy drink additive. The flavors replicate the syrupy, slightly tart, beverage-style sweetness of energy drinks using standard e-liquid flavoring. There is no caffeine, taurine, or any other stimulant in the e-liquid. It's purely a flavor crossover concept.

Is the Pulse X 2 50K FDA-authorized?

As of this writing, the Geek Bar Pulse X 2 50K does not appear on the FDA's list of PMTA-authorized products. This is the case for the vast majority of disposable vape products on the US market. FDA enforcement priorities have shifted multiple times, and the regulatory status of specific products can change. Always verify current authorization status directly on the FDA tobacco products page and check your state's PMTA registry if applicable.

Can I refill the Pulse X 2 50K?

No. The Pulse X 2 50K is a fully disposable, all-in-one device. It is not designed to be refilled. When the e-liquid is depleted (indicated on the 3D smart screen), the device should be properly disposed of at an e-waste recycling location. The 1,000mAh battery is rechargeable via USB-C, but only to sustain the device through its full puff count—the battery is not meant to outlast the e-liquid supply.

How long does a 50K puff device actually last?

At an average of 150–200 puffs per day for a moderate vaper, 50,000 puffs translates to roughly 8–11 months of use in Regular Mode. Heavy users (300+ puffs/day) will see 5–6 months. In Pulse Mode (25,000 puffs), divide those estimates in half. Real-world puff counts vary based on draw length, airflow setting, and mode selection.

Which flavor is closest to the original Pulse X?

The Standard Edition flavors are the direct successors to the original Pulse X lineup. If you had a favorite Pulse X 25K flavor, look for the closest match in the Standard Edition—Blue Razz Ice, Watermelon Ice, and Miami Mint are the most direct carryovers. The Bull Edition is entirely new and doesn't map to any original Pulse X flavor.
