Did this list help you find an FDA-authorized product? Are there products you expected to see that are not on the list? We want to know:
- Which authorized product are you currently using, and why did you choose it?
- Have you had trouble finding authorized products in your state?
- Do you think the FDA should authorize more flavored products?
- Would you switch to an authorized product if your current brand is not on this list?
- I only buy FDA-authorized vape products
- I prefer authorized but will buy unauthorized if cheaper
- I buy whatever is available, authorization doesn't matter to me
- I didn't know my current product was unauthorized
FDA Regulatory Notice: As of September 13, 2026, 48 e-cigarette products from 5 manufacturers (R.J. Reynolds, NJOY, Logic, JUUL Labs, Glas) have received FDA PMTA marketing authorization. "FDA-authorized" means the product may be lawfully marketed under the PMTA standard; it does not mean the product is "FDA approved" or safe. The FDA explicitly states that no tobacco product is safe.
State Law Notice: FDA authorization is federal. Individual states may restrict or ban these products, including menthol and fruit flavors. States with comprehensive flavor restrictions include California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island. Check local laws before purchasing.
