• Leaking pods: Make sure pods are properly seated. Don't overfill refillable pods. Keep device upright. If leaks persist, try a new coil/pod.
• Burnt taste: Your coil is dead or you're vaping too fast for the coil to wick. Slow down your hits. If it's still burnt, replace the coil/pod.
• Gurgling sounds: There's e-liquid in the center chimney. Blow gently through the mouthpiece to clear it (into a tissue). Or remove the pod and dab the bottom with a paper towel.
• Weak hits / no vapor: Check if the pod is properly connected. Try a new pod/coil. Make sure the battery is charged. Clean the contacts with a cotton swab.
• Battery not charging: Try a different cable and charger. Clean the charging port. If it still doesn't work, the battery might be dead — time for a new device.
• Auto-firing: The device is firing on its own. This is rare but can be dangerous. Immediately remove the pod and try cleaning the contacts. If it continues, don't use it — contact the manufacturer.
