Step 1. Read the SPECTRUM coil cell: ceramic coil. If a retailer listing says mesh only and never ceramic, it is not matching this table.

Step 2. Read 1.8 Ω. That is a relatively high ohm number compared with many sub-ohm mesh sticks. It is not a quality insult.

Step 3. Confirm empty hardware. Do not assume a Lost Mary-style prefilled chamber.

Step 4. Use the WINDBAR wattage calculator with 1.8 Ω and MTL unless the insert says otherwise. Treat the band as educational. Do not use an off-site coil encyclopedia.
