The first thing to check is whether the pod physically connects to the device. Most vapes use one of three connector types:

• Magnetic: The pod snaps into place with magnets. Check that the magnets align and are strong enough.
• Screw: The pod screws onto the device. Make sure the threads match.
• Clip: The pod clicks into a slot. Verify the tabs and grooves line up.

If the connector type doesn't match, the pod won't seat properly, and you'll get poor contact or no contact at all. That means no power, no vapor, and a frustrated customer.
